For builders
How do I share an app I built with AI with only my team?
Deploy it to a host that puts your company login in front of it. With TeamOnly that is npx teamonly init once, then npx teamonly deploy. You get a private link that only people with your company email can open. How it works.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not really. You describe the tool to Claude Code or Cursor, and the instructions TeamOnly adds tell it how to build an app that deploys. You will type a couple of commands, and the AI can run those for you too. See the steps.
Can Claude Code deploy the app for me?
Yes. Claude Code can run npx teamonly deploy itself and asks before it does. More on Claude Code.
What kind of apps can I deploy?
Web apps with a React front end and a small JavaScript or TypeScript API: forms, lists, approvals, trackers, dashboards, uploads. Other languages are not supported yet. Supported app shape.
Can I host a public app?
No, by design. TeamOnly is for internal tools only. Every app is behind your company login, with no switch to make it public. Where to host a public app instead.
Your coworkers
Do my coworkers need to make an account?
No. They sign in with the work Google or Microsoft account they already have. People who only use your apps are free and are not seats. Company login.
Can someone outside my company open the link?
No. They see a sign-in screen and are turned away there, even if someone forwarded them the link. Your app never loads for them. What outsiders see.
What if my company uses Microsoft 365?
That works the same way. Coworkers click “Sign in with Microsoft”, and only accounts from your organization get in.
Data and security
Where is my data stored?
On Cloudflare. Each app has its own database and file storage, separate from every other app. Choosing a data region is planned for the Business plan. Security details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data is yours, and you can export an app’s database and files. The exact export command will be in the docs at launch.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
When their work account is turned off, they can no longer sign in to any of your apps. There are no separate accounts to clean up. Offboarding for IT.
For IT
Can IT see what’s deployed?
Yes. The dashboard lists every app in your organization, its owner, who can open it and when it last changed. What IT gets.
Do we need Okta for SSO?
No. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is your identity provider, and sign-in is limited to your domains. SAML for Okta and others is planned for the Business plan.
Billing and support
Is there a free plan?
No. Planned pricing is $19 a month for Builder and $249 for Team, with a card up front. It keeps the platform for real internal tools and keeps abuse out. Pricing.
Can I talk to someone?
Yes, by email: hello@teamonly.dev. A person reads every message and writes back. We don’t do sales calls, which also means nobody will chase you for one.
