01

The agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and TeamOnly (“we”, “us”) for using teamonly.dev, the waitlist, the TeamOnly dashboard, the command line tool and apps hosted on teamonly.app (together, “the service”). By using the service you agree to them.

If you use TeamOnly for a company, you are agreeing for that company and confirm you are allowed to. “You” then means both you and the company. You must be at least 18.

02

We are early

TeamOnly is not open yet. Joining the waitlist doesn’t create a paid account or guarantee a spot. As we launch, features, limits and plans may change, and we will keep the website accurate as they do.

03

Accounts

Keep your login and command line credentials safe, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including apps deployed by builders you invite.

04

Internal apps only

TeamOnly hosts internal tools for your own organization. Every app is behind sign-in. You may not use TeamOnly to run public websites or apps for your customers or the general public, or try to make an app reachable without sign-in.

05

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • break the law or help someone else break it;
  • host malware, phishing pages or anything designed to trick people;
  • send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
  • mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to an internal tool;
  • attack, probe or overload TeamOnly, other customers or anyone else;
  • try to read another app’s or customer’s data, or get around access controls or plan limits;
  • store data you have no right to hold, or special categories of sensitive data where the law requires protections TeamOnly doesn’t offer.

If we see something that puts other customers or the service at risk, we may act first and talk after.

06

Your apps and data

You own your code and your data. You give us permission to host, run, copy and back up them only as needed to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for your apps, including code written by AI tools, and for the data your apps collect. That includes having the right to process it and following the laws that apply to it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

07

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe. There is no free plan. Plans and prices are listed on our pricing page; people who only use your apps are not billed.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund partial months unless the law requires it. Prices don’t include taxes, which are added where required. If we change prices, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.

08

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, doesn’t pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

After an account closes, for any reason other than serious abuse, you have 30 days to export your apps’ data. After that we delete it, as described in the privacy policy.

09

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep TeamOnly running, but we don’t promise a specific uptime. We may change or stop parts of the service. If we stop a feature you pay for, we will give you reasonable notice.

10

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t review the apps you deploy and aren’t responsible for what they do.

11

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don’t apply where the law doesn’t allow them.

12

If someone makes a claim about your app

If a third party makes a claim against us because of your apps, your data or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees.

13

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for changes that matter, email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
